    Poor customer service and return policy

    I bought 2 overhead storage racks: a 4x6 and a 4x4

    My garage is finished w sheet rock all around

    Was able to install the 4x6 w some difficultly ; however I was not able to locate an ideal area for the 4x4 due to roof rafters not within the areas I expected to install and other conflicts

    Called to return the unopened 4x4 shelve and was told I would need to pay for shipping which was around $50. This did not make sense as the rack was only $99

    So don buy from manufacturer if you do not need to. Costco has 4x8s and if you want to return them the take the free of charge or restocking charge
