Upon receiving initial shipment of the product I called support to report one of the racks shipped bent so a new rack was shipped no questions asked which was awesome.
While the new rack received is not bent the white coating is lacking throughout, it’s essentially gray.
Structurally, the short piece in the middle is installed warped and both short pieces on the outside are very flimsy and do not reflect premium industrial grade steel. installing rail hooks are ineffective.
recommend saving headaches and paying the $150 for safe rack to install it. So that if you do have product quality issues they can see and experience first hand and hopefully remove the need to utilize support.

You're right, that new deck we sent looks like it's older than dirt. We'll get another new one your way asap!
The rail hook you have on the side is a better fit and intended for use on the 8 ft beam on the rack, but will fit on the 3 ft beam (L-channel). As you can see, the fit is loose, but it will still work if you're comfortable using it.
Regarding the flex in the L-channel - are you able to send over a few images/videos from a wider perspective? There shouldn't be this much movement on the L-channel if installed properly (rivets fully seated in the angled posts).I'll email you with the account we have on file to proceed.

Have ordered multiple sets of these for myself and have installed several. A lot of versatility in how these racks can be secured, either to the ceiling joists or directly to the wall studs. My advice is to use a stud finder and have a solid plan of the layout/where your ceiling/wall brackets will be located before ordering your racks.

This is my 3rd house to install Safe Rack. Obviously I feel like I can’t do without. It is the best way to clean up your garage and get everything off the floor. I can now use a blower to easily clean the floor.

Great quality, our handyman installed by himself. Hung from the rack to demonstrate strength. The double safe rack provided plenty of storage. I recommend purchasing.
