We love the racks and totes. Excellent customer service. Thier Quality Control needs some work though.
Ordered 10 totes and 4 were damaged. There was no damage to the box.
Customer service is great to work with as replacemts are being sent.

Some if my items did not make it to my house initially but Saferack’s customer service was excellent and immediately fixed the issues. The racks are easy to put together and the bins are very durable.

How easy they were to install! I bought the safe racks from Costco and while I was trying to configure their placement in my garage found that if I could turn them sideways they would work so much better in my garage but I needed wheels. So I went online to look and see if they had wheels that I could order. They did. And they were very easy to install!
