We love the racks and totes. Excellent customer service. Thier Quality Control needs some work though.
Ordered 10 totes and 4 were damaged. There was no damage to the box.
Customer service is great to work with as replacemts are being sent.

How easy they were to install! I bought the safe racks from Costco and while I was trying to configure their placement in my garage found that if I could turn them sideways they would work so much better in my garage but I needed wheels. So I went online to look and see if they had wheels that I could order. They did. And they were very easy to install!
